libtest-yaml-meta-perl software package provides transitional dummy package for obsolete Test::YAML::Meta, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtest-yaml-meta-perl
libtest-yaml-meta-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtest-yaml-meta-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtest-yaml-meta-perl *
